Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Wild, provided by Wild Financial Pty Ltd (ABN 45 863 934 790) of Greensborough, Victoria. By using Wild, you agree to them.

The service

Wild is an AI bookkeeping assistant that you use through WhatsApp. It creates and sends invoices and quotes, chases overdue customers, records expenses from receipts, tracks your logbook, and syncs to Xero. Wild helps with bookkeeping — it is not a registered tax agent and is not a substitute for advice from your accountant.

Your account

You are responsible for the WhatsApp number you use and for connecting your own Xero account. Keep your access secure, and make sure you are allowed to send us the information you send.

Pricing and free trial

Wild gives you a 30-day free trial, then costs $15 per month, per tradie, with billing handled securely by Stripe. Cancel any time. No setup fees and no lock-in contract.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by telling us — there is no phone tree and no retention script. Your books stay in your Xero. We do not offer pro-rata refunds for part-months unless required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Wild for anything unlawful, and do not try to break, overload, or misuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Accuracy

Wild aims to get things right and will check with you when it is unsure, but you should review important records before relying on them. You remain responsible for your own tax and compliance obligations.

Liability

Wild is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, and subject to the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
