Privacy Policy

Wild Financial Pty Ltd (ABN 45 863 934 790) runs Wild, an AI bookkeeping service for Australian sole traders that works through WhatsApp and syncs to Xero. This page explains, in plain English, what we do with your information.

What we collect

The messages you send us on WhatsApp — text, voice notes, and photos of things like receipts — plus the details you give us when you connect your Xero account. We also keep basic records needed to run your subscription, such as your contact details.

Where your data lives

Your invoices, expenses, contacts and books live in your Xero account. Wild reads and writes through Xero. We never keep a separate copy of your accounting data on a server of ours, we never sell it, and we never use it to train AI models. If you leave, everything stays in your Xero.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to make Wild work: messaging runs through WhatsApp (Meta) via Twilio, your books live in Xero, and subscription billing is handled by Stripe. We never share your information with advertisers or data brokers.

Security

We use reputable providers and sensible safeguards to protect information in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat your data the way we would want ours treated.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete the limited account information we keep. Disconnect Xero at any time to cut Wild's access. Email us and we will sort it.

Changes

If we update this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged to active customers.
