Do I need to download an app?
Nope. If you can send a WhatsApp message, you can use Wild. Save our number, send us stuff, get answers back. No app to download, no dashboard to log into. Everything posts straight to your Xero so your accountant sees it there.
Is my data actually safe?
Wild doesn't store your data. Your invoices, expenses, contacts and books all live in your Xero account. Wild reads and writes through Xero. We don't sell anything, we don't train models on it, we don't have a copy sitting on a server somewhere. If you cancel, you walk away with everything still in Xero.
What if Wild gets something wrong?
It'll ask first when it's not sure. ("Couldn't read the date. Is that 14/03 or 14/05?") If it does mess something up after the fact, text "undo" and the last action reverses. Nothing's set in stone until you say so.
I already use Xero. Will it conflict?
Wild sits in front of Xero, not next to it. Connect once and every invoice, expense, and contact syncs through. Your accountant still logs into Xero like normal. They'll just notice the books are tidier.

Wild Financial is an AI bookkeeper for Australian sole traders that runs entirely through WhatsApp. It sends invoices and quotes, chases overdue customers by voice call in your business name, reads receipts from a photo, and syncs the lot to Xero, for $15 a month.
What is Wild Live?
Wild Live is the voice side of Wild. On top of the WhatsApp text and photo assistant, you can phone Wild and talk to it like a person. Over a normal call you can create and send invoices and quotes, set up recurring invoices, ask reports out loud ("who's my best customer?", "how's my BAS looking?"), chase overdue customers, and log vehicle trips. Wild spells names and emails back to you letter by letter to confirm before anything touches Xero. No app to download, you just call a number.
How do the 15 free voice minutes work?
Every $15/month plan includes 15 minutes of free Wild Live phone calls. They reset at the start of each billing cycle, so you get a fresh 15 minutes every month. Most sole traders never go past them. If you do, you can buy an optional one time top up pack: 30 minutes for $12, 60 minutes for $20 (best value), or 120 minutes for $36, all AUD. Top up minutes expire at your next renewal, when your free 15 refill.
